車（好像車軸）咯噔了一下

有兩次開到一個stop sign， 路稍微有點小坡度(下坡)， 踩刹車後較快地再踩油門時， 覺得車前麵（好像車軸）咯噔了一下。

請問有哪位知道這事怎麽回事嗎？是不是什麽問題？
