代友急問：菜鳥關於車保險的問題

最近好友家車子前後保險杠和一支tail light被擦壞（自己的責任，擦到牆），估價約一千多$完全修好。車子是全保，想用保險來修車，但又怕以後保險會漲很多，反而得不償失。請問各位大俠如何決斷？
