是不是騙局？

從一個美國人手裏買個舊車，他下個星期給車，我給錢。但是沒有車牌，他的車牌押給銀行，他說拿我的錢給銀行（他沒錢），銀行直接寄車牌給我。我琢磨了好半天，沒看出道道。就是說我下個星期拿一輛沒有車牌的車， 高手們，給各意見阿。 謝謝 。
