Help with Honda Key

Sorry I am at work and cannot type Chinese.

We bought a 2008 Honda pilot from a private party and only got one remote key.  So we bought 2 additional remotes from ebay as many suggested here.  We have programed the remotes so that at least the door and truck works with the remote.  The honda keys are flat and require laser cut.  Even Home Depot (which can program keys with chip) cannot cut it as it requires laser cut.

I called the dealer and they would charge us $110 for re-program all the keys.  Is that reasonable?  What is my alternative?
