2003 Civic AC not working

It is pretty warm today in my city, like 80's.  I turned on the AC for a while but it keeps blowing kind of warm air all the way when I got home. The AC has worked fine all summer last year and before. Is it possible the freon is running out?  Anybody has the same car and same issue?
