tansmission fluid/ differential service/anti freeze flush

我有個95年的老車, 常發不起來，拿到dealer去. Dealer告訴我starter要修，我同意了。

Dealer同時又說

1) tansmission fluid  髒了，要換 - $145

2) differential service -   $45.00

3) anti freeze flush - $130.

這些重要嗎？我不知道要不要換。
