if there is "next time",
1) collect all information (their Diver license #, address, name, phone number, insurance pink card)
2) write up a brief description: what happened, how did that happen, any witness. then both parties have it signed with two copies
3) report to your insurance company, fax the description, their information etc.
4) let insurance company to judge who should take responsibility, if it is yours, then your company will pay for the damage and they will send the bill to you: now you have two options a) you pay for the bill, your premium won't raise up next year b) you don't pay for that, your insurance company will take care of it, your premium will go up....
but the best way is
DRIVE WITH CAUTION AND DEFENSIVELY!
GOOD LUCK
