Throttle body on 2008 quest

我有一輛2008 quest， 前兩天去做maitainice, dealer 說 F/I throttle body is very dirty. It takes $136 for cleaning it up.可是我查了一下，隻要買一罐cleaner 就可以搞定，好像很簡單。是我miss掉了什麽比較重要的步驟麽？還是那個dealer 想騙我錢。謝謝大家的指點啊。
我的車現在剛過3 w miles. dealer 說的做transmission fluid flush （>$130).
coolant flush (>$100).
我看手冊上麵還有lubricate all locks and hingers，這個自己可以做吧，有哪些locks 尤其是hingers 我需要上潤滑油呢？什麽樣的潤滑油好呢？
問題比較多，感謝指點。
