What car? Which year? I agree with 1pas*****y.

It varies from car to car and year to year.

It is not very easy, but DIY is possible. You may find an after-market door handle for much cheaper price online.

It is over a hundred for a Toyoto OEM door handle, and they charge 2-3 hours of labor. So you can estimate how hard the work is.
