Of course new car is better for you.

First day:  rent a Honda Odyssey and drive as hard as you can for a day

Second day: rent a Toyota Sienna and drive as hard as you can for a day

Third day: figure out the options you like, check the price, etc.

..........

The new Nissan Quest is out at dealer, if you check it out at the dealer, drive as hard as you can, compare the features and price against the other two, I bet 70% chance you will end up with a Quest.
