The fluid is still enough, half the same plastic box. Pad should not be a problem since the brake was good before I put the car for half year. It looks changed suddenly, so I guess if there is something leaking, or clogged. Only the brake rotor has to be pushed completely can the car be stopped, and when the speed is slow.
I will check the Master cyclinder.
