One of my former collegues has a 96 Toyota Camry with over 430K miles on it. It is with original engine and transmission. He lives rather far from work, almost 100 miles one way. The car still runs well.
Another example is one of my friends used to have a 98 Toyota Sienna with over 420K miles. It was with original engine, but not original transmission. The transmission failed before 300K and replaced with a re-manufactured transmission. He was doing delivery often to other states across America, so he often put a few hundred miles a day on it. That was why his Sienna had some many miles on it.
