Don't believe Camry needs new water pump and has oil pan leak so early.
Air filter: Toyota OEM $20, oof brand $10, DIY. Just a couple of nuts and clips. You suppose to change around every 15K miles depending on how dirty is place you drive;
Cabin air filter: Toyota OEM $25, off brand $15, DIY. Just a single screw to release glove box lid. I believe you need to change every $20k miles or when you smell someting bad;
Battery terminals: DYI by cleaning with bakin soda solution and putting some battery grease and washes;
Coolant: $15. DIY. You don't have to flush. Just drain and refill.
Transmission and power steering: You usually do not need them for now. Transmission fluid is recommended around 45K miles but check and you may not need to flush it until 90K miles. I don't think you need power steering fluid either.
