請教２０１０ HONDA CIVIC 刹車問題

朋友新買的２０１０ HONDA CIVIC
早上踩刹車時車會抖動， 有較大聲音。
踩刹車時要幅度要大， 前２／３不起作用。
以上兩個問題dealer都說正常。 有經驗或懂行的人給看看。
