I went to arraignment and took Traffic school. The online traffic school says, if police said you did not make full stop and you don't have witness, then you lose for sure.
If you have time, you should go arraignment. The judge will give you a discount and if you don't have ticket in last 18 months, you will get tracffic school to clear the record (no points). You still have the choice to go to court if you want to fight.
I chose not to fight because there were quite a few people before me had same tickets (thanks to my last name), and they all chose not to fight (all got discount of course). After I took traffic school, I know I made the right decision.
