You did not mention which model year your Camry is, and which part of USA you are located. I guess, from the miles, it is newer than 02 model. From 02 model Toyota use timing chain on Camrys instead of timing belt. Normally timing chain is lifetime, you do not need to replace it.
Dealer is trying to sell you a 30K maintenance service. When your car is around 15K miles, they are to sell you 15K service; at about 30K, sell you a 30K service; at 45K, sell you another 15K, and 60K another 30K, and so on. It is one of major income of a dealer's service dept.
30K maintenance service may vary a little bit from dealers in different areas. The main item, however, should be almost the same. The following is a list of the main items in a 30K from a Toyota dealer in the Southeast of America.
There are three categories: Premium, Standard, and Basic.
The standard inclues:
Replace engine oil and filter
Install MOC premium engine treatment
Rotate tires and perform brake and tire inspection

I don't know what service done before and the present conditions of your car, so it is hard to make recommendations.Since you have been to the dealer, they should give you their inspection and recommendation paper.I hope you are not overwhelmed by their recommendations or the above list. Most of them are rather simple to perform. You can get a friend who knows about cars to check and do what are needed.
Generally speaking, you need to:
Replace engine oil and filter (I guesss you already did it at the dealer. Also while they change oil, they should have inspected the tires and brakes. They should tell you how much treads and pads/shoes left, tire wear pattern, etc.. If not, don't go back to that dealer.)
Engine air filter
Cabin air filter
Transmission drain and fill (If it is WS fluid, you do not need to do it.If type IV fluid, you'll need it or even need a transflush.)
Coolant drain and fill (If the coolant is red, you need to do it; if it is pink, you don't need it until 100K)
You can buy a good fuel system cleaner and add it into your fuel tank and omit fuel induction/throttle body service.
You can go to Advance Auto Parts store to have you battery checked and buy wiper blades and have them replaced if needed.
You most likely do not need a new PCV valve.
15K and 30K services are mainly preventive maintenance. They are to ensure your car is in good working condition, also to find any issues in early stage. What are really needed often are different from car to car,and from person to person; also by your personal judgement and preference.
