ASKING waiting on line - Is this a good price $25,500?

 

BMW used 528i, certified pre-owned from dealer (2 year extended warranty + remaining 1 year orginal warranty), 2008 model 46000K milage.

Basic, no premium pkg, no sport package, NO Navigation.

Now dealer agrees 25500 out-of-door price (includ. tax and fees).

How do you think?
