VW Passat 90K mile Repair

各位大哥，我對車是外行。

我的2003 VW Passat 送去dealer 90k 維修。被告知以下項目需要維修或更換：

- $790: 換 timing belt 和附件

- $200: 換 Throttle

- $100: 換 brake fluid

- $265: boot axis, 他說那邊破了，漏潤滑油，需要補

- $125: 空調係統清理

- $20: 換 oil dip stick

那位高手可以幫我看看，哪些是一定要做的，哪些可以算了。另外價錢是否公道，區別的地方可以便宜多少？
