這車找回來之前我可不可以報廢處理掉，就是不要了。如何操作？
A: Sign a release form, give the car to the city garage.Then the city will not ask your any money. Usually cost couple thousand $.
There are a waiting period for 報廢處理.

聽說車找到後也是個爛車，還要花好些錢去拖車修理，交大筆的停車費，是罷！
A: Correct.

如何防止車輛被盜？
A: Well, no way. Because your car is on they shopping list, they want parts from your car.
