Who will do Tint on BMW 528i ?

I have ordered a BMW 528i about a month ago through local dealer. The car has not been shipped from factory to dealer yet but I think it will be sooner.

I forgot to ask dealer to do window tint at the time I order the car. First, is BMW 528i 2011 tinted already? (I do not think so), then if not, who will do the tint? is it too later to call dealer to add window tint?
Normally, who will do the window tint for a new car? factory or dealer?
if it is factory, then it is too later. if it is dealer, then it should be ok. The worst case is that the dealer does not do tint service and I have to bring the new car to any local window tint service company but I do put more faith on dealer. Anyway, will call dealer next Monday.

Definitely not a car fan and not know car too much. If there are any DaiXia in this forum know this answer, please reply and let me know. Thanks.
