馬裏蘭交通法規定：when 2 cars approach the cross at the same time, the car in the right side always has the "right" of the road. the definiation of the right side is that if you hit another car, which side do you hit? if you hit drive-side of another car, then another car is in the right side of your car. He has the "right" of road. the regulation for parking-lot may not apply here becasue when both sides have tranfic sign, the cross is treated as a regular tranfic cross, not in side parking lot anymore.
