Thanks a lot for your comments. Actually it is thoroughfare if you look a little bit further down. (as you said, has grass on both sides).On the other hand, her car was at the feeder lane even she was going straight.

My insurance company called me this afternoon. The adjuster said he agreed with me. But he also mentioned that the other party may have a different view.
