07 Toyota Sienna

42000Miles, bought May 2007. Check Indicator is on now. May not covered by the Warrents. Checking on Toyota will cost $75 and may other fee for labor and parts if something other doesnot work.

Should I go for Toyota dealer or any body shop for check with less cost?
