Garmin 295W: Wi-Fi but I doubt you will use it much. Small screen and no traffic update?
Garmin 265WT: No Wi-Fi but with Bluetooth and free traffic update. The best price I found is $129 free shipping and no tax at Buy.com. Costco had it at $169 with a leather case. But you have to pay tax. I found traffic update is paticularly useful.

So far, Garmin still has the best interface, better maps usually and fatest signal detection.
