Again, 12k for front pads is low but consider as normal range. 66K is for the rear pads.
You can ask dealer service department to print out service record. You can see when the last the pads were changed.
Buy aftermarket ceramic pads. Change it yourself or find someone do it. You should be able to get it done for a couple of hundred. If the front rotors are not warping, do not need to do anything to it.
