Ask you auto insurance agent. If you do not have an agent, call Allstate to find out or you may want to check out Allstate website for possible answer.

In my opinion (may not be correct), if your big car has a full coverage, then Allstate may pay for the damage of your big car. I don't know about your small car. If your big car has only liability coverage, then allstate may not pay any money for your big car damage.
