you can do it by yourself. $30 parts and 30min work

just find out the screws to loose the big belt and replaced it with a new one. the small one located in the bottom, which is for power steering, does not need to be replaced, as it lasts about 20 years. the longer one should be replaced whenever it gives sounds.
