請教愛車的大拿：transmission fluid該是啥色兒？

每次去換機油，都被告知transmission fluid棕色是因為transmission髒了，幹淨的transmission fluid該是粉紅色。還被告知需要flush the transmission fluid，而不是drain and refill。是這個道理嗎？

Honda dealer說棕色正常，能信他們的話嗎？
