Whenever you want to use the cleaner, use before oil change.
It is the cleaner takes off alot carbon or fuel depoist inside your engine. These loose deposit can be mixed to your engine oil. You do not want the dirty oil runs in your engine too long that may worn your engine.
Change engine oil soon after use the clear... this is what I want to say.
