RWD is more dynamic and has better control than FWD, since power is delivered through rear wheels and steering is delivered through front wheels. FWD uses front wheels to do both steering and power delivery and can be difficult when you are making a turn and also trying to accelerate. Good sport cars are mostly RWD or AWD. RWD cars are more expensive to make since you need to transmit the power from the engine on the front all the way to the rear wheels.
Suggest you buy the 328 or go for the 335 if you have fun being the fastest when traffic lights turn green. BMW's engine and transmission are indesturctable.I never had any issues with engine and transimmion for the 10 years I owned the car. Their electronics are not very good. I had several issues with the power windows, cup holders. Do a good carfax check. Good luck.
