Dinosaur oil: 5W-30 in winter and 10W-30 in summer every 5K miles or 4-6 months whichever comes first.

If you want synthetic (100% synthetic rather than blend), it lasts longer (15-20K miles) but more expensive. Camry is a family car so it probably will never work above 4K rpm. Not really necessary using synthetic.

I still prefer Toyota dealer. Toyota sometimes may be even cheaper than third aprty chains. You do not have to do those services they recommendated.
