我年初一次租車，公司裏的職員告訴我的。

法不責眾，警察抓不過來，處罰也不夠嚴。所以沒有全保的車主，特別要小心開車，眼觀六路耳聽八方，因為你不知道撞你的有沒有保險。尤其看到開破車的，要躲得遠遠的。
