如果state farm還是那麽牛B, 你寫一封registered letter給state farm， threatening them with lawsuit.

如果這招不靈，就收拾點證據，suit the insurance co. Mostly likely they would settle with you outside of the court.

英文不好，沒關係，寫一份report，到時給judge，defendant各一份，慢慢說。
