My 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee (just over 200,000km) was sent to a mechanical shop for the front wheel alignment. After $84 and 3 hrs later, the shop owner told me there are some play in the steeling wheel, but he think it acceptable. When I drove back home, I felt the steeling wheel is much loose than it used to be. So I phoned the shop owner and he said he only did alignment, and had nothing to do with the steeling wheel.
Should I believe him?
