The problem on your car is very likely to be a faulty seat-belt sensor switch on the driver seat. The seat belt system is under life-time warranty for Honda cars (or they had a recall at some point), so the dealer should be able to repair it for free (actually Honda America will reimburse them so they will get paid, just not by you). Tell them the problem is the seat belt sensor switch and not to fish around for problems in the actual SRS subsystem.
