Did your insurance company get money back from 肇事者(老墨大媽) via collection agent?

Usually you have to pay deductible up front when you use your own insurance to cover the damage. Your insurance will pay you back that amount if they recover the money from the other insurance company/faulty driver(肇事者) later one.
