they want you to drive 25-50miles before inspection.

that means, their computer can tell your battery was disconnected recently, and there is not enough data for the computer to figure out whether your car is good or bad. so you need to drive to let your car collect enough data. the chance is, once you drive enough, your light will be back on, and your code will appear again.
