If you have opened up a transmission you will know. I opened many of them. You can google to see why it is not a good thing to do. There are many small fluid passages inside transmission control valves. Some orifices are as smallas a niddle head. The flush will push already settled down particles inside the trany to every where. If one particle get flushed into these small passages it will stuck there thus blocked the flow then you got a bad transmission.
BYW, I saw this guy has a Accord manual in his hand, Accord transmission does not have a removeable filter. There is one filter inside the transmission, without totally disassemble of the transmission you can not get to it. So for Accord (Civic too) you only need to replace the fluid, no flush, no filter change.
Ford transmission usually you have to remove the pan to change fluid and filter, very bad design.
Flushing transmission is a bad move
