Triple A的拖車服務真的用的著嗎

最近想為破車買保險，我想買便宜一點的，老公建議我買Triple A,說是有免費拖車服務，冬天下個大雪，萬一車壞了有保障。

1. 真的有必要花$50多刀買AAA的會員嗎每年？

2. 我老公說我買了他也可以用，是這樣的嗎？可以借給別人用嗎？
