First thanks for your opinion. I did the kbb check with such numbers:
kbb "Private Party Value" is:
Excellent $10,165
Good $9590
$Fair $8,640

kbb "Suggested Retail value" with excellent condistion is $11,925

Where do you get the "price ranging from $4900~$8800"?
