行駛中，突然失去動力。請大俠指點迷津。

2002 Camry XLE 9萬公裏。行駛中，突然失去動力。加油門，發動機轉速提高，但無動力，車前後抖動。停下後，重新啟動，回複正常。我需要去dealer 檢查嗎？
