you should be able to get below invoice price for xc60. try cars.overstock.com, for base model of xc60, i.e. without any option, the price is $30,451 in north california zip code, I believe you can get slightly better price when you negotiate with dealer.

Have not tried to talk to BMW dealer, for volvo dealer, they do willing to negotiate price with you.
