Sounds like a cylinder head gasket leak case

Considering you have idle problem.

When your cylinder head gasket leak, cooling water leaking into cylinders and you can not produce enough power.

Check your radiator leve, if you have to fill in water in a short period it may be leaked into the cylinder.

Or check the tail pipe in the morning when you just started the car, if a lot steam come out of it and the steam smells like coolant, that is a sure indication.
