Most impact wrenches are not capable to take that bolt off (Electric impact wrench mostly is a joke for this kind of job). I fixed one Camry 1998 timing belt. First used a 1100ft-lb impact wrench and the bolt did not barge. I used another one that rated for 1800 ft-lb impact wrench to get it off.

If you do nt have such powerful impact wrench, find a small local car repair shop, pay them $10 they will lose the bolt for you.
