新車 only 270 Miles, Check Engine light on!!!

Just Got the Brand new car last week. this Saturday while I was driving, Check Engine light comes on, and several lights comes on or starts blinking. Now I haven't got my registration and plate yet!

I got really frustrated now! What should I do except for having the car checked at the dealer? To file a complaint? Anything else I can do?
