Look at MV vs SV data then

if MV >> SV, it clearly indicates a safety issue for that model. (Assume MV has more randomness, thus driver population/car model is more widely spreaded)

If MV <= SV, car model is not bad.

From this point of view, BIGGER is SAFER !!
