求救！！！發動機開始發抖，顯示檢查引擎

2004年的車， 奔馳 C230 後驅，45000邁左右， 在原地不動， 踩著刹車或者放在P檔的時候發動機就開始發抖， 方向盤和座椅能夠很明顯的感覺出來， 同時發動機開始“吐吐吐”的有節奏的開始產生異音， 提速加油門的時候更加強烈。原來出現過這種情況， 不過後來就又消失了， 沒有怎麽在乎。 直到最近越來越頻繁了。 前段時間剛做完Service， 換了換機油什麽的。 做service的時候沒有發現什麽問題，當天去開車的時候檢查引擎的燈又亮了， 當時就直接留在了dealer做檢查， 結果又花了100多美刀， 啥問題都沒有檢查出來。

請教一下給我達人， 是不是有什麽大的問題啊？
有人汽車檢查引擎的燈亮很正常， 不過我這車還沒怎麽開啊！
