Repair of those RFT tires is considered unsafe if the

puncture is on the side wall or at the edge. That said, considering the cost, you might want to repair it and move it to the rear axial, and keep your finger crossed since you probably are doing mostly urban/local driving, unless your RFTs are the ones using supporting rings. Those RFTs are not a good choice for long distance, I mean, rural area driving anyway. But it is a great way of shifting burdens on consumers.
