Sorry, really no offense to any small car owners, but just want to point out that safety car is based on model (which usually is directly proportional to the price) , not by brand or country.

Also, your point is good, nothing is perfect, there are still a small percent of chance that a small car can win a bigger car. But again, the chance is by luck...
