i have a 2008 R350 (bought new for $44K). It is a great car. You will love it. The price you paid is reasonable. To give you some perspective, the MSRP of my R350 was $55K (with PANORAMA sunroof, Navigation, etc). So I paid about 20% off MSRP when I bought it new from the dealer (at the very end of the 2008 model year). The average actual retail price was probably 15% off MSRP in 2008 (i.e. $40-41K for your spec). So you got a $6K discount plus an 2-year extended warranty as well as a comprehensive dealer tune-up. The warranty is worth about $3K. The total is $9K for 12K miles, not a bad trade-off.
